We join again, that month with the #Bundtbakers challenge. It was a shame my oven was broken last month, and I could´t be part of the challenge, even I bought all the ingredients and the decorations.
The january challenge consisted in mix strange but good-weird flavors combinations.
I needed inspiration, many times my mind going blank, and besides, every month is more difficult not to repeat flavors in bundts.
My inspiration, besides magazines, books, webs and blogs, etc, it´s Pinterest. The pictures inspire me a lot , the shapes, the colors, it´s a great tool. From there, I took the idea of mix rosemary with raspberry, and crowd it with white chocolate.
I made a rosemary cake for celiacs, once, see the recipe here. I loved the combination, and I tried to mix it with differents flavors. The raspberry, and the rosemary, reminds me the fields in spring time, and white chocolate, gives a special sweetness and a very romantic touch. The color of this Bundt Cake, reminds me a levers dessert, perfect for Valentine´s day.
We find greats Bundt Cakes, you can see in the Pinterest group or in the Bundt Bakers group.
